General Overview of Experience	Excellent experience. Everyone there is very nice and they want you to do well.
How long did you have your application in before you received an invite?	12 months +

Did you do anything special that triggered the interview invitation?	Letters of recommendation.

How long was it from the time of your invite to the actual interview?	8 weeks
Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork?	No
Technical Test Questions	Half were very similar to RST. The other half required more outside thinking. But if to do RST (15 Day) you will be just fine!
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test?	Nothing impossible. Just show up prepared and you’ll figure it out.
HR Questions	Standard HR. Nothing too hard.
Cog Test	If you practice the RST games you will do fine! Very similar.
How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview?	60 days
Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help?	Emerald Coast. Yes but it’s important to be yourself. I watched the podcasts and videos but that was it. I practiced with friends and family.
Any additional information you would like to add.	Great experience. Very nice people! Try to relax and enjoy the experience.
