How did you prepare for the JKT/COG portion of the interview? JKT: Delta will send you the subject matter and suggested reading material prior to the interview. I highly suggest you use this as a guide to refresh yourself on each area, and then use the “practice tests” as a tool to identify things you didn’t know you didn’t know.. then go back and do more research on that area. COG: Lumosity and RST
Technical Test Questions You are descending through 10,000 feet and adjust the altimeter to the local altimeter setting at the field of 29.85. What is the altitude displayed on the altimeter?
a) True Altitude
b) Caliberated Altitude
c) Indicated Altitude
d) Pressure AltitudeMany aerodynamic and jet engine engineering questions.

HR Questions Intro from HS including how you got into aviation, 3-4 questions on work history and education (what was your favorite part of this job, etc.), why was your college GPA so much higher than HS, etc., 2 TMAAT, 2 Situational… IT GOES QUICK. You will not have enough time to tell them everything you want them to know, nor will they likely ask the perfect questions. Effectively communicating your thought process is harder than you think, especially in front of strangers that you know are evaluating your response. Practice with your peers, crew members, family, etc..
How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview? Well, my whole career, I suppose.
Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help? Emerald Coast, Cage Consulting, RST
Any additional information you would like to add.
Is their anything you wish you could have done different to prepare you for this process? Spent less time preparing for the COG, I feel my time could have been better spent on perfecting my HR communication skills.
