General Overview of Experience Great experience, from the shuttle driver to the recruiting rep. Very transparent process. Everyone wants you to get the job. Even the new hire class dropped by to say hi while we were waiting. All the CAs and FOs on campus were enthusiastic and encouraging.

How long was it from the time of your invite to the actual interview? 8 weeks
Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork? No, had AF Stan/Eval folder and green flight records folder w/ hour summary on top, no questions asked.
Technical Test Questions SID and STAR questions, along with how to brief the crew (including FAs) and basic 737 numbers from the packet. Make sure to know holding speeds and airspeed restrictions in Class B/C/D.
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test? MEA/MOCA and “except maintain” questions. Use RST’s ground school and ECIC TSA for prep, it’s indispensable.
HR Questions – In 4-5 mins, tell me about yourself and you became interested in aviation.
