General Overview of Experience	Great experience, from the shuttle driver to the recruiting rep. Very transparent process. Everyone wants you to get the job. Even the new hire class dropped by to say hi while we were waiting. All the CAs and FOs on campus were enthusiastic and encouraging.

Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork?	No, had AF Stan/Eval folder and green flight records folder w/ hour summary on top, no questions asked.
Technical Test Questions	SID and STAR questions, along with how to brief the crew (including FAs) and basic 737 numbers from the packet. Make sure to know holding speeds and airspeed restrictions in Class B/C/D.
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test?	MEA/MOCA and “except maintain” questions. Use RST’s ground school and ECIC TSA for prep, it’s indispensable.
HR Questions	– In 4-5 mins, tell me about yourself and you became interested in aviation. For TMAATs you can write them down on a notebook they provide, mine were pretty long. It also allows you to think while you’re writing – TMAAT you were the minority vote on a crew that wanted to do the wrong thing. – TMAAT your team missed a deadline and how you dealt with it. – TMAAT you had to overcome several obstacles in your career to achieve a desired goal. – TMAAT you were in a stressful situation and how it led to a positive impact on other crew members. – TMAAT your words and actions as a leader made your team better. – Why United? (Last question, after TSA)
