How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview? One month

Any additional information you would like to add. They do a great job of putting you at ease. It is a long day, but a fairly well oiled machine. Get plenty of sleep the night before. Be yourself! It’s a good idea to prep and think through your interview, but they are really trying to get to know you and want genuine answers. Focus your prep on finding the good stories that sell yourself to them that are authentically yours. The interview really seemed to be mostly vetting that you wont 1) be dangerous, 2) Embarrass the company, 3) You are professional and pleasant to work with behind a cockpit door for 10 hours on a 5 day trip.
