How long was it from the time of your invite to the actual interview? 6 weeks

Technical Test Questions N/A
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test? N/A
HR Questions First an intro and conversation with questions about your application, anything there is fair game. TMAAT, WWYD type questions read verbatim. None of them came as a surprise after going through RST quizlet and ride reports.
Cog Test
How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview? 1-2 months
How did you prep? Leave no stone unturned. Ride reports, colleagues, Facebook, history on wiki, RST webinar, , interviewee group chat, read all instructions given dozens of times.
Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help? RST , Flight Deck Resumes, Pro Soft Binders. All of them helped in some way as I was applying to multiple airlines, but for Delta specifically the resume was pointless as they do not request nor accept them at any point of the process (unless you do a meet and greet or something).
Any additional information you would like to add. Pay very close attention to the instructions given in any correspondence given. When you get to HQ, take in every possible detail and you will see that everything Delta does is intentional. Use that to your advantage. The host will be precise in their instructions throughout the day, follow them.
Is there anything you wish you could have done different to prepare you for this process? There was one minor professional development course I did close to the interview date that I opted not to update in airlineapps because it was going to be within that 48 hour mark of when they don’t want updates. I did however mention it in the interview. They did ask to pen and ink this to my app or alternatively email them with proof of it later. It would have been smooth if I had printed a copy and brought one just in case.
