General Overview of Experience	Good experience. Was constantly told they want and need you over the 2 days. Thanking you for showing up. A build up show to the shoot down.

How long was it from the time of your invite to the actual interview?	4 weeks
Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork?	Brought my HARM folder with hours summary and breakdown. Not even a mention of it.
How did you prepare for the JKT/COG portion of the interview?	RST was spot on. Except the Physch was different than the trainer. 244 question , 5 part scale vs T/F.
Technical Test Questions	Trainer concepts were good to pass the test. Questions were different.
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test?	Just read the entire question.
Cog Test	Moves slower than the trainer. Do some practice tests to get used to the slow speed.
Cog Math Questions	?? no idea. Just as puzzling as the trainer. Guess it was good enough for a day 1 pass.
HR Questions	Resume review. Tell something that isn’t on the app or resume. Some follow-up questions. Co-pilot sleepy..wwyd. unstable approach and comm out caused Go-around….wwyd. tmatt, you had a disagreement with the AC. professional qualifities that your boss would say about you. weaknesses.
How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview?	3 months
Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help?	Career takeoff. Rebekah is awesome! Highly recommend! Helped me make great strides, I just came up short.
Any additional information you would like to add.	The SBI had been the weed out tool. Have someone who has been thru it run scenarios so it’s not your first crack at it. Clock it above your head out of your crosscheck.
