If you did not receive the CJO why do you think you weren’t chosen to continue in the process?	Either the personality test or the cog test. The hiring department could not say which, but I felt pretty good about the cog test.

General Overview of Experience	Good experience overall. Everyone was friendly, including the HR panel. I studied quite a bit for the knowledge test and I’m confident I did well on it. Same with the cog test. I did not see the personality test as a high threat item, and that turned out to be a mistake.

How long was it from the time of your invite to the actual interview?	8 weeks
Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork?	I assume they looked at my log book, but we did not discuss it in any way. They handed it back to me after the HR panel almost as an afterthought. With the exception of my flight log, I brought my paperwork in an accordion file unbound. Flight log was in the Air Force ARMS folder. First thing in the morning you hand over your paperwork in 2 piles – no need to have special folders or to worry about the presentation.
Technical Test Questions	Everyone in the interview group got different questions. Judging from the test screen, there are over 5,000 questions in the database. Some were very similar to the RST test questions and some were not. If you know the concepts, you should be good.
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test?	2 navigation questions: Do you descend when 30 degrees off runway heading and 10 miles out when PAPIs show 3 white and 1 red, and Do you stop when runway stop lights are red even if you were not given a LAHSO clearance.
HR Questions	Same basic questions I’ve seen on here for the last month or so. How did you choose your college, what happened this semester (where I had a low GPA). A couple of easy WWYD questions and 1 that was a little more involved. I talked my way through them just like in Emerald Coast practice and it went fine.
Cog Test	Very similar to the RST cog trainer.
How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview?	about 2 months
Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help?	Emerald Coast. It helped a lot.
Any additional information you would like to add.
Is there anything you wish you could have done different to prepare you for this process?	I probably would have done a little more research on personality tests, such as the Hogan, to see what ti is they are testing for and what responses causes the whole test to be thrown out. It may have changed my approach to the test.
