General Overview of Experience	Interview was very straightforward. Typical HR TMAAT questions. Technical went over a few approach plate items. Whole thing took about 15-20 minutes. Everyone was extremely nice and excited that you’re there. They’re good and finding the people who aren’t there for the right reasons (using them as a stepping stone). Make sure you want to be apart of the team and make sure your “Why Spirit” answer knocks them out of the park.

Technical Test Questions	Technical interview questions… 1. ILS 16C SEA. Brief it. If CL lights are out, what are the minimums? 2. ILS Z 02 GUA (Guatemala City). If you’re 20 miles to the NE, and they clear your for the approach, what altitude will you descend to? (MSA in top right corner. 10,800). He then wanted me to explain that once we reach the VOR, I would enter the hold with ATC permission to continue my descent to the published altitude. I had a little trouble with that last part.
