| General Overview of Experience | Great experience. Mostly as outline in previous reports. Individuals who didn’t receive CJOs were picked off one by one. Rest of us were congratulated by Barry and Linda about 30 minutes after last person left. | ||||||

| Technical Test Questions | Only had 3 questions that had any sort of math calculation. The rest was a nice mix of aerodynamics/engine/general stuff. | ||||||

| HR Questions | Tell us about yourself in 5 mins from High School forward. Few things about my volunteer work on my app. Why did I choose my flight school/university. Talk about these two stage check failures. What does professionalism mean to you as a pilot? Does it change your definition for someone who isn’t a pilot? What qualities would you want to see in a training department or in a flight school that you were planning to open? Why do you think you will be a good fit for Delta? Would you still want to be Delta pilot if the economy slowed down and there was no movement for the next 10-15 years? TMAAT you stepped up to the plate and took on an unexpected leadership roll. TMAAT you had a confrontation with a customer. What happened and how was it handled? WWYD if FAs came from other flight late and flustered and the gate agent wanting to board your flight? WWYD if Anti-Skid light came on? QRH was performed and its still an issue. Now What do you do? Any questions for us? |
