Technical Test Questions There was a long test battery >1.5 hrs. The mental math portion wasn’t too bad; basic percentages.
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test? N/a
HR Questions TMAY, why JetBlue, what core value do you exemplify most other than safety, why should we hire you, tmaat you had a disagreement in the cockpit, tmaat you failed as a leader.

How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview? 1 week specifically JetBlue, other than that generic prep.
Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help? ECIC, huge help through all of this.
Any additional information you would like to add. The test battery is long, try and make mental notes of lights and other aircraft, you get two chances so it’s not a deal breaker if you dork it up the first time. As for the panel, know their values and work them in to your answers.
