General Overview of Experience	Great experience. All Delta personnel, from the gate guards to the interviewers, were extremely welcoming and pulling for us to get hired.

Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork?	None.
Technical Test Questions	Everything was covered in RST except one about landing on a contaminated runway.
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test?	You are landing on a wet runway which is being reported as very slick. What do you do? Answers that seemed logical were “apply brakes firmly” and “use only thrust reversers.”
HR Questions	2-3 minute intro, then mostly application review. “Why that school?” “Why join the service?” Asked about speeding tickets. WWYD: FO isn’t wearing his hat in the terminal. You talk to him and he still won’t wear it. WWYD: Thunderstorm 150nm ahead, female CA thinks you’ll be over the top, you think you’ll be in it. You end up in the storm but land safely afterwards, WWYD? How are you going to transition from career single-seat fighter to crewed cockpit? How have you demonstrated customer service?
Cog Test	Practice on RST. Accuracy more important than speed on many of them. If you can use a touch-screen device, it will help.
How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview?	Started about 3 months prior, top-off 10 days prior.
Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help?	Emerald Coast. It helped me to ensure I was using the most appropriate story for the question asked.
