If you did not receive the CJO why do you think you weren’t chosen to continue in the process?	HR could have been a little more polished. Just missed the mark unfortunately.

Did you attend a job fair?	Yes
Did you do anything special that triggered the interview invitation?	Professional application review. I think this is what made the difference.

How long was it from the time of your invite to the actual interview?	6 weeks
Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork?	No. I tabbed my logbooks for check rides and dates to make the info easy to find.
Technical Test Questions	All concepts covered by RST. Felt I was more than prepared for anything on the test.
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test?	Had a few math questions. Lead radial, distance to descend, and fuel burn questions. One RMI question about what what indication is correctly showing your going to intercept a bearing or radial, can’t remember exactly.
HR Questions	1. What would I consider a successful career as an airline pilot when I retire? (Some version of that). 2. You’re on approach in mountains at night and can see the runway all the way on final. You get to minimums and realize there’s a layer. You know if you continue you’ll break through and the runway is right there, wwyd? 3. Group of rowdy first class passengers that are gold medallion members and the FA can’t deal with them and wants them off the plane, wwyd? 4. How would you display leadership as a first officer?
