General Overview of Experience Great experience, everyone was very nice and wanted you there. I did HR panel in the morning. Computer testing in the afternoon. There were no surprises!

How many internal recs did you have? 1-2

Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork? Forgot to add 2 SIC types for professional development, when I did an app review they told me SIC types did not count, but they want to see them. So if you attended any type course list it. I did the corrections and no problem. They were in my logbook anyway.
Technical Test Questions I had like 2 descent planning math questions.
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test? 2 aerodynamic questions I was no familiar with or did not remember from RST training.
HR Questions Why did you choose you’re university, what is your commitment to safety. Tell me about a stressful time as a crew. Tell me about yourself from high school. Why did you make certain company changes, did you regret anything?
Cog Test No surprises, make sure you get a good nights sleep, by the time I got to the test I was struggling to stay awake and focused, which was keeping me from staying focused on the test. The numbers and alphabet sequence portion with the boxes can trip you up if you lose count. I tried counting and doing ABCs in my head, easy to lose count as you alternate between letter and number.
Answer as fast and accurately, remember the numbers and symbols at the beginning, it will ask you again almost at the end.
How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview? 8 weeks
Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help? Emerald coast. Yes it helps you organize your thoughts to answer them in your way and not sound generic. Get stories together in webinars and let them critique whether they’re good or not.
Any additional information you would like to add.
Is there anything you wish you could have done different to prepare you for this process? I’m local to Atlanta so I wish I would have got a room by the airport so I could get some good rest the night before vs driving early in the morning. Good breakfast and nights sleep go a long way!
