General Overview of Experience	Amazing experience for both virtual and in person. Very laid back experience, they truly want to just get to know you as a person.

Did you do anything special that triggered the interview invitation?	Not that I know of. I did attend the virtual OBAP, but I got invite from first window, not OBAP window.

How long was it from the time of your invite to the actual interview?	1 week
Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork?	They asked during in person about a few gaps in resume, easily explainable do to me being in training during that time and not assigned to any base or squadron.

Any additional information you would like to add.	Hardest part for me was the LOI. The process wasn’t bad, but the cards were extremely hard to find information on them. Be sure to take the time to find what you need on the cards.
