General Overview of Experience	The experience was great! The Delta Pilot Hiring team does a great job of putting you at ease from the start. The HR portion is about 45 minutes with a HR member and 2 pilots. They walk through your application and truly seem to just be trying to get to know you based off what is on the app. They do ask questions as they go through and eventually get to the TMAAT/WWYD questions (You only get 5). If you prepare a couple good stories on the TMAAT questions and can “show your work” on the WWYD scenarios you’ll be successful.
