Did you do anything special that triggered the interview invitation? attended the May job fair. No PE, just internal references.

How long was it from the time of your invite to the actual interview? 3 weeks
Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork? None
How did you prepare for the JKT/COG portion of the interview? Started RST a month out, but worked it in earnest for the 15 days prior to the interview.
Technical Test Questions Not a single RST question on my test, but the concepts had all been covered by RST. Aero heavy content, more from the FAA study material than I expected. (Localizer width, reception range, airport signage).
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test? The when to descend math problems kick my butt!
Cog Test RST did a great job. The tests are slightly different like covered in the webinar, but I felt well prepared.
Cog Math Questions Percentages and some simple calculations like “a lightbulb lasts 18 months, how many in 5 years?”
HR Questions The interview was much more of a conversation with a couple of really experienced folks who wanted to get to know you. No unexpected questions.
How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview? Two months
Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help? ECIC. Very helpful in being able to think on my feet, practice answering in front of a group, and being familiar with the SBI format.
Any additional information you would like to add.
Is their anything you wish you could have done different to prepare you for this process? I wish I had known to do the ground schools and work mtg earlier. I didn’t feel ready for some of the formula questions.
