General Overview of Experience It was a good experience. Everyone working the interview process is very professional and kind. They do their best to make you feel relaxed and at ease.
My group took a (very long) computer based personality test , took a break for lunch, then started breaking out for the HR panels. Another group completed their HR panels before the personality test.
The final portion was a one on one interview with a psychologist. The psychologist didn’t have information from the HR interview. Treat that portion like you are starting a completely new interview, with someone who doesn’t have much exposure to aviation.
The whole process took about 6 hours, with a good amount of waiting in between stages.

How did you prep?
Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help? I used RST HR prep service. It was extremely helpful. I was against paying for interview prep initially, but I am extremely grateful that I made the investment. This service ended up being much more valuable than I had originally imagined. It not only helped improve my interview techniques, but it helped me become a better communicator in general.
RST even took the time to reach out to me with new ideas via text, during a time outside of my scheduled 1on1 sessions. It was very clear that they truly cared about my success.
