| General Overview of Experience | Great experience and very friendly interview process. No surprises at all based on previous reports, got the usual HR questions: Why SWA, why you, conflict stories, weaknesses, etc. I used ECIC and was over prepared for the interview. They really are just trying to get to know you and make sure you are a good fit. I think having internal references is key, they called mine during the reference checks. |
