General Overview of Experience Great experience both with Delta and the rest of the candidates. Very low stress day of. Just be yourself and know why you want to be at Delta! Everything else was pretty spot on. Lot of hanging out and chatting with others.

How long was it from the time of your invite to the actual interview? 8 weeks
Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork? No issues. Not a single question about logbook or hours.
Technical Test Questions Got a test that was heavier on systems and airport markings rather than aero. One question about the pneumatic accumulator????
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test? A question about the pneumatic accumulator … no idea. Was 50/50 on about ten questions but felt really good about it on submission. Finished in 40 minutes and just reviewed until it was over.

Cog Test Easy. Played a lot of video games growing up. Ha, guess that helps.
How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview? 1 month
Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help? ECIC. It was alright at least with some formatting. Just be you and have some personal experiences ready.
Any additional information you would like to add.
Is there anything you wish you could have done different to prepare you for this process? No not really. Honestly might of preferred having less time. The most stressful part of the interview was the 2 months leading up to it. The day of the interview was very laid back.
