General Overview of Experience Great experience overall. I know there’s a lot of pressure but those of us that relaxed and enjoyed the process got the CJO. The guys that were stressing did not. So take that for what it’s worth. Those of us that prepped for 3-4 weeks with RST passed the test. However, we all walked out of the job knowledge test thinking that we had failed. So I guess that’s a normal feeling. But if you’ve no kidding followed the plan and put in the work with RST you’ll do fine.

Did you do anything special that triggered the interview invitation? I got an internal recommendation.
How many internal recs did you have? 1-2
How long was it from the time of your invite to the actual interview? 8 weeks
Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork? None. I didn’t have a log book since all my time is military so I just brought all my flight summaries and input each section of time in each jet as one line in a logbook I bought on Amazon.
Technical Test Questions Know the concepts. Lots of different wording in the actual test questions.
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test? Know the v1 vs v2 vs vr differences.
HR Questions As listed on RST. Just be able to bring in the team instead of trying to John Wayne everything on your own.
Cog Test I followed the Pebble sent by RST and it worked great
How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview? 30 days
Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help? I did not use a prep service. Instead I talked with friends about their experience and recorded myself answering a few of the HR questions.
