General Overview of Experience	I had a great time at Delta. Everyone was very welcoming and did their best to make us feel at ease.
How long did you have your application in before you received an invite?	<60 days

Did you do anything special that triggered the interview invitation?	I had not updated my application in 3 years. Updated my application with new type rating and hours and was offered an interview less than 1 week after the update.

How long was it from the time of your invite to the actual interview?	6 weeks
Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork?	No. I did spend several hours reviewing every flight in my logbook the day before the interview. I found a few mistakes, and had brought the paper with me to re-print after making corrections. I used RST to review my application and made his suggested changes before the interview.

What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test?	None
HR Questions	Questions were pre-selected based on your application. Some questions tied into something specific on my application. They asked a variant of “Why Should Delta Choose You” without being direct about it — it was the only opportunity they gave me to say why I wanted Delta and why Delta was a good match for me. If I didn’t do 1-on-1 with RST I may have missed what they were asking.
