How long did you have your application in before you received an invite? 12 months +
Did you attend a job fair? No
Did you do anything special that triggered the interview invitation? Just internal recs. Updated app every three weeks or so.
How many internal recs did you have? 5+
How long was it from the time of your invite to the actual interview? 4 weeks
Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork? None. I was surprised that they no longer go through the app line by line. The explanation they gave was that it took too much time in the interview.
How did you prepare for the JKT/COG portion of the interview? For the JKT I read EEPP, a little bit of ANA, T-34 Study guide, Gold Standard, Ace the Technical Interview, other Gouge on RST. For the Cog just RST trainer, luminosity.
Technical Test Questions I’m not going to be much help here. Remember about a third of the questions came straight from the RST bank. Got the Dehavilland Comet question, AC lies DC dies, choose the correct RMI question.
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test? I honestly can’t remember.

HR Questions How do you take care of the internal customer? I asked the HR guy if he his was referring to Non Revs. Follow up was how do you treat other Delta employees such as ramp employees while you are interacting with them? Keywords were with Honesty, Integrity, Respect. Muslim cleric question. Do the RST wrap up! And take notes!
How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview? 2 weeks.
Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help? Aerocrew Solutions. I did mine with Dan Robertson. It was helpful to practice answering questions in a organized manner.
