There are plenty of snacks and water to take advantage of. Stay hydrated, because you are going to need it. The people there are very nice and friendly, and they want you to succeed. They will split you into groups. One group will take the MMPI test and the other group they will take you one by one to interview with a panel that consist of two pilots and an HR rep.
