General Overview of Experience Previous ride reports do a great job prepping.
How long did you have your application in before you received an invite? <60 days
Did you attend a job fair? No
Did you do anything special that triggered the interview invitation? Internal Rec
How many internal recs did you have? 1-2
How long was it from the time of your invite to the actual interview? 8 weeks
Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork? No. Not a word said and I barely have enough hours to even apply.
How did you prepare for the JKT/COG portion of the interview? RST. I could barely make it through the 15 day checklist in 2 months due to deployment and the pain of having to relearn all of that stuff. I did not feel as confident after the test as the other guys.
Technical Test Questions Can’t recall
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test? No idea what an AC pack was.
Cog Test RST prepares.

Why that college?

Any additional information you would like to add. I didn’t stress over the Psych portion at all. Obviously being sent to the PARB has me second guessing some of my answers. I should have treated it more like the HR interview than I did.
Is there anything you wish you could have done different to prepare you for this process?
