General Overview of Experience	EVERYONE is rooting for you. The worst part of it all is the downtime where you sit and stress. Go walk around and be confident. We went 10 for 15 in our group. It was incredibly stressful as CA Holmes kept reappearing and calling so many names.

Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork?	Had to make some minor changes to logbook totals. They looked over it and asked why the change but it was a non event.
Technical Test Questions	Maybe 3 math questions. Descent rates to cross a point on the other side of the VOR. Just like RST
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test?	Landing 5nm behind a heavy, slight crosswind. Where will the vorticy be, and which vorticy…
HR Questions	The only question I hadn’t seen anywhere was ‘what would you tell a group of young aviation hopefuls?’
Cog Test	Waaaaay tastier than RST. In the ball balance test, you need to keep the line in the middle, dead center.
How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview?
Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help?	ECIC. Use it with a big grain of salt. Be yourself, not ECIC. The HR is quite conversational, it’s best kept that way.
