Did you receive a job offer?	12 months call back
If you did not receive the CJO why do you think you weren’t chosen to continue in the process?	I did not meet the requirements for the job knowledge test or the psych test.

General Overview of Experience	I can’t speak to the entire experience since I did not make it past the first day. But overall it was low stress and the admins definitely put us at ease.
How long did you have your application in before you received an invite?	12 months +
Did you attend a job fair?	Yes
Did you do anything special that triggered the interview invitation?	I updated my app after every trip, I attended OBAP 2 years ago, and I attended FedEx Career Expo.
How many internal recs did you have?	1-2
How long was it from the time of your invite to the actual interview?	4 weeks
Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork?	Did not get to that phase.
How did you prepare for the JKT/COG portion of the interview?	Cog was a piece of cake. The JKT, I felt like I had been exposed to all of the material, I just did not know it to the depth that they were seeking i suppose. The test was difficult, but I had seen all of the information in some form or fashion.
Technical Test Questions	Again, difficult, but I was exposed to the information.
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test?	The was they questions were asked often left two answers which were somewhat difficult to decipher. Again I feel I had a broad range of knowledge of most topics, just not the in depth they may have been looking for.
Cog Test	No issues prep was awesome.
Cog Math Questions	No issues.
HR Questions	Did not get to this portion.
How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview?	Daily.
Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help?	Emerald Coast–I think it would have helped for day 2.
Any additional information you would like to add.	Awesome prep, I just fell short somewhere,
