General Overview of Experience	Delta did an excellent job setting up the process, informing us of the day’s events and making us all at ease.

Did you do anything special that triggered the interview invitation?	Received a correction email and fixed the error. Got a call within a week or two.

Technical Test Questions	No technical questions asked. All discussions were personality-based, working with others, my history, and experiences, etc.
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test?	TMAAT when you made a decision or took an action that, if you hadn’t acted, would have had a negative repercussion or bad image on your employer.
HR Questions	Tell me about your schooling in your degree. Why do you think your military experience will be helpful with Delta? How do you think your military experience will not be helpful with us? Multiple questions dealing with crew coordination and personality differences in the cockpit.
