General Overview of Experience I felt prepared going into the interview and confident throughout interview day. The HR panel was very much an hour-long tabletop discussion to learn about who you are and how you fit the Delta image.

Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork? No, the checklist sent by Pilot Selection is straight forward.
How did you prepare for the JKT/COG portion of the interview? RST – started working through material (15 day and ground school) as soon as the invite was received. Felt well prepared for the testing. Reviewed supplemental material for COG – use the practices before the real test, no issues.

What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test? Nothing remarkable. Had a handful that were not certain but narrowed down between a couple of choices, and a few of those that were best guesses.
