General Overview of Experience I felt prepared going into the interview and confident throughout interview day. The HR panel was very much an hour-long tabletop discussion to learn about who you are and how you fit the Delta image.
How long did you have your application in before you received an invite? 1-6 months

How long was it from the time of your invite to the actual interview? 7 weeks
Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork? No, the checklist sent by Pilot Selection is straight forward.
How did you prepare for the JKT/COG portion of the interview? RST – started working through material (15 day and ground school) as soon as the invite was received. Felt well prepared for the testing. Reviewed supplemental material for COG – use the practices before the real test, no issues.
Technical Test Questions No surprises after working through RST.
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test? Nothing remarkable. Had a handful that were not certain but narrowed down between a couple of choices, and a few of those that were best guesses.

– Tell us about your flying experience (spent a decent amount of time talking about roles and responsibilities of current job with a couple of sidebars).
– Explain how your experiences apply to flying for Delta.
– Tell us about a time you helped someone with a problem or someone in need.Initialed date of availability, training failures, and a couple other addendum items on the application and signed it.
– WWYD: Anti-skid light is illuminated.
– WWYD: FAs show up at gate upset and don’t seem ready for the next flight.
