How many days between invite, interview, and listed availability? I received an interview date 4 weeks after passing the Hogan test. I received word 8 days after I interviewed that I was accepted and notified of a class date within hours of their initial call.

General Overview of Experience I flew for for two different regional airlines (7 years). I was worked at United Airlines in a Management/Administration position for 4 years.
How long did you have your application in before you received an invite? 12 months +
Did you attend a job fair? No
Did you do anything special that triggered the interview invitation? I networked a lot and pickup up as many trips that I could so I could reach my 1000 Turbine PIC. I wish I could say I did something special but working for United is probably what helped me the most.

Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork? No issues with my paperwork.

What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test? I am not a frequent user of Jepp Plates so it was a bit awkward looking for the information in places I am not accustom. Since we all have chair flown, it wasn’t a huge ordeal. Even the decision to divert was more to showcase your CRM skills and how you utilize the people on your team.

How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview? 4 weeks
Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help? Cage Marshall. It was a huge help and made me rethink how I approach the interview.
I also used RST to brush up on my technical knowledge. It turned out that I did not need most of it for the interview but it was knowledge that I to remember to look at more often.
