General Overview of Experience Overall everything was as advertised from previous reports. They went out of their way to make me feel relaxed and comfortable and thanked me for coming. Stayed at the doubletree and met the other guys interviewing on the shuttle. No issues with paperwork or questions.
HR was first then technical with a break in between. All done in 3 hours!
Got the call the following Friday after sweating it for a few days.

Did you do anything special that triggered the interview invitation? Updated it after they started rehiring

Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork? No. Bring your latest app to compare. They said don’t change hours unless it’s more than 100 so I had nothing to update.
How did you prepare for the JKT/COG portion of the interview? N/A

What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test? I got asked some Jepp symbology during the techinical skills that I wasn’t prepared for; otherwise it was the standard climb/descend via etc. I should have had friends quiz me beforehand.

How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview? 1 month
Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help? Emerald Coast but if I could go back based on what I’ve heard I would’ve used Cage specifically for United.
Any additional information you would like to add. For the technical part, it wasn’t as relaxed as I was expecting probably due to the fact the guy was being observed. I did all the call outs and was given an anti-ice light to work through and later a divert scenario after going missed approach. It was all good but more than I expected and less relaxed.
Is there anything you wish you could have done different to prepare you for this process? I would have studied more jeppesen beyond climb/descend via. Know all the altitude combinations etc.
