How did you prepare for the JKT/COG portion of the interview? I went through the 15 day course. Skimmed through ANA and read Everything Explained for the Professional Pilot. I felt I was prepared. use the tests to gauge where you are week. You must know the material. I only saw a hand full of questions that were exactly the same as RST.
Technical Test Questions Cant remember the tech questions that I got. Similar to RST but wording on questions were tough. Like I had read, you could narrow it down to 2 and then make an educated guess from there.
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test? Cant remember any specific questions.
Cog Test Slight differences. Read the directions. If you were doing pretty well on the RST Cog you will do fine.
Cog Math Questions I had mostly percentage problems. Got through about 5 questions. Problems I got were a little harder than RST. Think I may have gotten 3 out of the 5 correct.
HR Questions Very personable and everything was as advertised on the cog webinar. Started off with introduction and gave me 5 minutes to tell them about myself. Questions about my first semester grades. Told them what I learned and how I had improved. What was the hardest thing I have had to deal with and how did I handle. Why I left a previous employer. Why Delta. What will I be most proud of at retirement after a long career besides safety record
How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview? 6 months out
Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help? Emerald Coast. I definitely recommend it. Be yourself in the interview and let them get to know you.
