General Overview of Experience	I used Judy Tarver with pilot counseling. She did a great job preparing me. The video interview was on par with expectations. The cognative testing on day one is rough. Just have to knock it out and forget how stupid you feel afterwards. The day 2 interview is a great experience. Everybody is so welcoming and happy to have you there. I received a CJO from director of recruiting 3 days later on a Sunday afternoon.

HR Questions	Why American? I was asked how I got into flying. I was asked if I’m interviewing anywhere else. I’m a dfw local and was asked if I had ever considered envoy. I explained I was hired and offered a class date but it was canceled due to bankruptcy.
Cog Test	Rough. Just get through it.
