General Overview of Experience Just like everyone has said, the people are very friendly and do everything they can to help you relax. It truly was a great experience.

Did you do anything special that triggered the interview invitation? Had a friend walk in my resume.

How long was it from the time of your invite to the actual interview? 4 weeks
Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork? No, and I had no questions regarding it also.
How did you prepare for the JKT/COG portion of the interview? RST for 95 % of it. I followed the program and also read EEFPP. It was invaluable. I did the 15 day program plus the tests and flash cards. I had exact questions from the practice tests on my real test.

Where does velocity speed up in an engine?
What is the definition of EPR?
Advantages of hydraulic system? Answers included fluid is compressible and gas is incompressible and vice versa.
Ur departing Jackson hole at night and there’s no control tower. What do you do? Answers included obtain IFR clearance and do an obstacle departure clearance to some structure; and obtain an IFR clearance and delay vfr and remain vmc until contacting atc.
What converts AC to DC?
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test? Can’t remember.
Cog Test The trainer was so much harder than the actual test!
Cog Math Questions All were very similar to the ones on RST. I had issues with the practice ones, but felt the actual ones were easier, especially with practicing them.
HR Questions 2 retired pilots. Really nice people. These are the questions I had.

Ur put into holding and its over A TS. Can’t get a word in with atc. WWYD?
Ur fo is sick and clearly unfit to fit. How would you handle that? What if he won’t listen to you? Then what?
What are your symptoms of fatigue?
How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview? 1.5 weeks
Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help? ECIC. They helped me prep and it paid off with some of the questions that I got. Great service.
Any additional information you would like to add.
Is their anything you wish you could have done different to prepare you for this process? I studied 2-4 his every day, but I still felt like I could’ve done more. I felt good when I finished my tests, all because of RST’s program!
