General Overview of Experience	It was a pretty good experience overall. Went out to dinner the night before with the others. It made the day-of pretty easy going. They split you up into groups to do testing or the HR first, the switch. Lunch is on their campus with numerous restaurants to choose from. Most people are done by 3pm.
How long did you have your application in before you received an invite?	12 months +

Did you do anything special that triggered the interview invitation?	Not sure, but maybe the DGI program many months after they reviewed it…
How many internal recs did you have?	3-4
How long was it from the time of your invite to the actual interview?	7 weeks
Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork?	None whatsoever. They sat on a different table the whole time and handed them back when finished.
Technical Test Questions	4 math questions, one of which literally gave you the equation in the problem. Other than that it was mostly all from RST. Some questions were exactly the same.
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test?	Without a pyrotechnic signaling device and life raft, how far out from shore can you fly? Another question about fuel crossfeeding, and one about a certain altitude labeled on a Jepp chart.
HR Questions	Pretty standard. Mostly questions off my app. Otherwise TMAAT you had to make a tough decision in flight, tell me about your leadership style and when it did and did not work for you. WWYD: you’re the FO and there’s a jumpseater that’s good friends with the captain, and the captain says something “suggestive” to the FA. Wait 30 min for first class meals or go now. What do you like least about your current job?
Cog Test	Pretty simple really. I felt I did really well on it.
How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview?	8 weeks
Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help?	ECIC. It seemed to work really well. The HR was what gave me the most trouble and stress though. Just remember to relax and think through your answer before you speak.
