General Overview of Experience Very professional experience from start to finish. Delta really has a nice and professional atmosphere for the entire interview process. Everyone wants you to succeed and is very laid back and nice.

Technical Test Questions It was more engineering heavy than I thought it was going to be. Expect to walk out of the JKT not feeling great. I studied for over a month and I felt like I was only confident about half of the questions.
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test? Question about the specific procedures about how to crossfeed fuel when airborne.
HR Questions TMAAT you made a difficult decision in the aircraft.
WWYD you arrive at the gate and your FO’s uniform looks bad and he’s not wearing his hat.
WWYD if you’re a junior Capt and your senior FO keeps doing your flows in the aircraft.
