HR Questions TMAAT: Most influential pilot in my career who was professional and followed up with what does professionalism mean to you? Talked about my college experience, high school GPA, work experience in college for most of the conversation. It was very laid back and positive, just like having a conversation.
WWYD: All CA/FO scenarios – delayed flight for MX, CA wants you to make PA that it’s for weather… went through all steps by ECIC but it eventually ended with them saying I made the announcement what did I say. I said I don’t like to go against the PIC, but I can’t lie to our passengers. Next 2 you were CA – FO doesn’t shave, wears uniform improperly, and doesn’t care about appearance. FO keeps doing your tasks and stepping on your toes.
Overall great HR experience.
