Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork?	No. They review it and have you sign multiple spots. Have everything listed and accurate.
Technical Test Questions	It’s all in RST. Was scoring 70-95% on all the practice tests. The actual test was easy.
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test?	Heat exchanger question. Math was simple VDP and 3 degree when to start down questions. 2 math questions for me. Heard up to 6.
HR Questions	Conversational. Be yourself
Cog Test	Easier than RST except Cog math was harder than anticipated.

Is there anything you wish you could have done different to prepare you for this process?	No, I studied everyday for 6 weeks since I got the invite. Felt that I had prepared enough and it was up to Delta if I wasn’t going to get the job.
