General Overview of Experience	Overall a very laid back experience. Really just three parts: HR interview, MMPI, and talk with a psychologist. HR interview they really just wanted to get to know you and make sure you wouldn’t be terrible to go on a 5 day trip with. No got you questions. MMPI: just be honesty. It’s about 600 questions, so make sure you don’t accidentally say that you hear voices or anything. Talk with psychologist was also pretty laid back, but I still treated it like I was still being interviewed (this is not a free therapy session). As long as you do some interview prep and your paperwork doesn’t have any issues, you don’t have anything to worry about.
