Any additional information you would like to add.	Having my logbooks/app/paperwork squared away kicked things off on the right foot. As others have mentioned, they do what they can to help you relax. The HR was very straight forward- I was assuming they would give pushback and make the scenarios more difficult as I gave my solutions, but they didn’t.
