Technical Test Questions N/A
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test? N/A
Cog Test Just did my best and kept my focus. If you do good, it gets real hard, real quick until you are humbled, then it resets to easier again and repeats.
Cog Math Questions Math is tough. Just kept my focus, and if I could not figure it out after a couple minutes, I moved on.
HR Questions All the typical questions. Did not get any TMAY at all. Got some “Why American.” Easy to answer if you know about the company and American is really where you want to be. Their interview process is very relaxed and the entire process from initial contact for the video interview through on-boarding is phenomenal.
How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview? ~2 months of interview prep
Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help? ECIC – Albie & his folks do a great job of providing solid interview prep. I reviewed the online content and then did one online seminar which was a good practice session for the real thing.
Any additional information you would like to add.
Is their anything you wish you could have done different to prepare you for this process?
