Cog Test | The Cog Test was pretty tough and the only prep you can do is look at the slides on RST. Keep a good attitude and power through! |
Cog Math Questions | The math portion of the Cog test is absolutely wicked. Only one person I talked to out of our interview group thought they got three right. I only got two and passed on the rest after giving it about 5 min per each. |
HR Questions | TMAAT that you identified an issue (safety or otherwise) and how did you fix it? Tell me what you have studied recently that you have incorporated into your flying? TMAAT you received negative feedback and how did you react? Scenarios – You are the Captain and see/overhear two crew members making fun of a passenger from a previous flight in front of current passengers. You can shoot an approach to your destination, but weather is at mins and if you are not able to land, you will arrive at your alternate with less than your 45 min of gas to hold.
