General Overview of Experience	Mr. Holmes gave us a great welcome and introduction to Delta but the interview panel was the complete opposite. I did not have a good experience with the HR team as it felt more confrontational versus just having a conversation.
How long did you have your application in before you received an invite?	1-6 months

How long was it from the time of your invite to the actual interview?	4 weeks
Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork?	I showed up with my military Flying History Report and Individual Flight History. The panel did not ask any flying time questions. I was missing a couple items from my application which I was allowed to correct on the spot.
How did you prepare for the JKT/COG portion of the interview?	I used RST and Emerald Coast.
Technical Test Questions	Principles were straight-forward. The 15-day program did a very good job preparing me for the test. I would say about half of my questions were similar to the questions in the prep.
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test?	Nothing that stands out. Mostly aerodynamics questions.
Cog Test	RST did a great job getting me ready for the Cog portion, just remember that it goes slower in the test than the trainer.
Cog Math Questions	Much easier than the questions in the trainer.
HR Questions	Tell us about yourself in 3 minutes. TMAAT when you had to make an unpopular decision. When/How did you become interested in flying? Tell us about why your Commander gave you a Q3/1? WWYD if you were the CA and there was weather in front of you–another flight went through about 20 minutes ago and reported moderate turbulence. If you go around the weather, your fuel will be critical. WWYD if you’re the CA and get an anti-skid system failure on short final and unsure of your landing distance?
