General Overview of Experience Positive. No HR person present during panel interview. RST did a great job of prepping for Cog and knowledge tests. The questions are close. I would say the actual questions are wordier but not tougher.
How long did you have your application in before you received an invite? 12 months +
Did you attend a job fair? Yes
Did you do anything special that triggered the interview invitation? Updated my app after every pairing.

How long was it from the time of your invite to the actual interview? 4 weeks
Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork? Not yet.
How did you prepare for the JKT/COG portion of the interview? RST almost exclusively. Also FEX and ATP written prep books from Gleim.
Technical Test Questions No weather but a couple which way do you turn questions concerning heading to a VOR then back out on a different radial. Also had a couple holding entry questions.
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test? My last question involved a position description that was confusing. All four answers were not what I had figured out. I guessed.
Cog Test Centering the white line and keeping the line in the middle while comparing same or different expressions was tougher than the trainer. The other tests were faster and easier.

Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help? Emerald Coast. Helped A LOT!

Is their anything you wish you could have done different to prepare you for this process? Worked on my logbooks more. They covered over 30 years of flying and the early stuff was messy.
