Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork?	No issues at all. Be sure to review you logbooks thoroughly before bringing them in. I found a few mistakes that would have looked bad if they caught them.
Technical Test Questions	Very similar to RST’s tests. A few questions were exactly the same, most were very similar.
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test?	Got a maximum holding time question with a ton of extra information. Had to sort through it to find the important stuff like fuel flow, reserves, alternate fuel, etc.
HR Questions	Application Questions: You’ve flown a ton in the last year, how do you have time for anything else? Why did you choose your college? What was the hardest challenge you faced there? You did a lot of your training Part 61, how did it differ from your Part 121 training? Explain your failed checkride. We see you’re a young FO with no turbine PIC, how can you still be a leader? They asked for specific examples. Situational Questions: WWYD if your FO isn’t wearing his hat? WWYD if the Captain lines up with the wrong runway? (They also had me make a PA after the inevitable go around) In your opinion what is the most significant recent aviation event that will have a lasting impact on the industry? Are advancements in cockpit technology a good thing? When would they become a bad thing? How do you avoid complacency in this job? How would you define internal customers and what would you do to treat them well? TMAAT when you had an argument/disagreement with a Captain? Tell us about the best and worst Captains you’ve flown with and what are some things you learned from them? WWYD if you had a Muslim Cleric onboard who was making other passengers uncomfortable?
Cog Test	The RST Brain Games are so much harder than the actual test. If you practice them you’ll have no issues.
