General Overview of Experience	No surprises at all. I did ECIC and RST. Most of the test questions were straight from RST prep, or at a minimum same concepts.
How long did you have your application in before you received an invite?	6-12 months
Did you attend a job fair?	No
Did you do anything special that triggered the interview invitation?	I think it was when I set my availability to immediate. I also had my only letter of rec (internal) show up about that time, but I don’t think those carry much weight from what I’ve heard.
How many internal recs did you have?	1-2
How long was it from the time of your invite to the actual interview?	1 week
Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork?	None.
How did you prepare for the JKT/COG portion of the interview?	RST only. I did everything on the 15 day checklist except read aero for naval aviators.
Technical Test Questions	Most were either from the RST reviews almost verbatim, or at least the same concepts (example: rst asks a question where answer is ‘induced drag decreases’ – test question was reworded so the opposite was true)
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test?	There was a question asking about the difference between RNP and ANP.
Cog Test	Easier than RST. Only difference was the sensitivity on the arrow key “keep the airplane in the middle” excercise was WAY different. Not hard though.
Cog Math Questions	As per study guides.
HR Questions	How do you deal with fatigue? Why do you think you were chosen to interview with the others in your group? How do you approach learning? Middle of a trip and the hotel your at only has one room available. Captain is angry, WWYD?
How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview?	2-3 Months
Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help?	Emerald Coast. Just do it! Worth twice what I paid.
