HR Questions In a 3rd world country about to push back. First class passenger suspects a gentlemen in back of child trafficking. Wwyd?
CA purposely flies slow, wwyd? Isnt this technically stealing from the company since it burns more fuel? I gave straight forward honest answers. When they kept asking, my final answer was to call professional standards and have them talk to the CA. They said what if you also see her stealing blankets for her dogs? I said Id call pro-stands again and emphasize that they should call her asap because shes making some possible career mistakes and i would hate for her to lose her job. They seemed to be attempting to get me to change my mind and call the company. I said pro-stands is the highest i would go with it since its not a safety issue. Develop a plan and stick to it. They appeared to really like that.
Asked me what i learned from previous management experience.
Asked about previous checkride failures. I was straightforward and honest. I owned the failures and explained what i learned and moved on.
