General Overview of Experience	Barry really puts you at ease with his introduction. Same format as the other ride reports. They aren’t trying to trick you at all, try your best to relax and put your best foot forward.
How long did you have your application in before you received an invite?	12 months +

Did you do anything special that triggered the interview invitation?	Had an internal rec put in 4 months before I got the invite

Technical Test Questions	I only had one math question. Nothing that really stood out that I hadn’t at least seen the concept for on RST.
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test?	There was only one that I had no idea on but I can’t remember the question.
HR Questions	Why do you think you’d be a good fit at Delta? What was the hardest part of your training career up to this point? Wwyd if your captain consistently came in unstable? Follow-up to this was what was the hardest announcement you’ve had to make. Wwyd if your captain asked you to make an announcement to the pax that you’re delayed due to wx but it’s really mx? Tell me about your leadership style and a time it worked and a time it didn’t.
Cog Test	Make sure you watch the video where Tito explains the cog, probably helps even more than the brain games, I only practiced the brain games around three times and had no problems thanks to that video.
How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview?	A month
Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help?	Emerald Coast, watched the videos a month out and did a webinar and then top off the week before. It helps you with how you want to say it, but make sure it’s still your story, they seem to actually be interested in the different stories.
