General Overview of Experience Overall outstanding experience with the Delta team. By far the best experience I had out of three legacy interviews…by far!
How long did you have your application in before you received an invite? 1-6 months
Did you attend a job fair? No
Did you do anything special that triggered the interview invitation? Internal rec is what I believed triggered the interview.
How many internal recs did you have? 1-2
How long was it from the time of your invite to the actual interview? 6 weeks
Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork? No issues with logbooks or paperwork. I used Logpro10 to convert my military and civilian logbooks into one, and included Logpro10 “experience summary” pages with the logbook. No questions asked. If you receive an invite, follow the required paperwork instructions to a “T.” We had two people not receive CJOs because they did not have all the paperwork.
Technical Test Questions None.
HR Questions The majority of interview questions were specific to my application. If you attend the Wednesday RST sessions and review the questions here you’ll be fine. I’d also recommend thinking of the questions more broadly…Tell me how you handle stress…how do you handle conflict…how do you lead, ect. Have those questions framed from a macro level and be ready to tell how you personally/professionally address them and the techniques you use.

For story time, I had several ready to use, but did not use a single story from interview prep, because the stories did not fit the exact question. Although, I found it extremely easy to adapt and improvise.

The Delta experience was by far the best. It was just pilots, talking pilots stuff, and the interview flew by. The interview was scheduled for 60 minutes, but we went for an hour and fifteen, but it felt like 10 minutes.

How long prior to the interview did you prepare for the HR portion of the interview? 2 weeks.
How did you prep? Wednesday RST sessions and three RST 1v1 sessions.
Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help? The sessions help.
