Technical Test Questions	No technical on interview day.
What was the hardest technical question or content you experienced during the job knowledge test?	On the assessment, the sudoku was the most challenging for me.
HR Questions	Tell us about yourself within 3-5 minutes and why DAL? General Application questions about college and previous jobs. What was the biggest obstacle you had to overcome in your aviation career? What is the biggest asset you can bring to DAL? WWYD if the Captain insists on not flying a noise abatement procedure despite you mentioning it’s required? WWYD if a customer had a complaint that wasn’t solvable? TMAAT you made the most difficult aviation decision of your career and how did it end? Do you have any questions for us?
Cog Test	All done online via the assessment.

Which HR Prep service did you use and did it help?	RST one on one prep. These three sessions are great for prep, accompanied by the weekly HR sessions that RST provides.
Any additional information you would like to add.	Delta gives you everything you need to succeed. From the list of documents to bring, to the instructions you receive prior to going into the interview in the morning it’s all spelled out for you. They are adamant that they want to know YOU. Your personality, decision making process, and how you are in the workplace is what they want to know. Do not get hung up on minor things.
Is there anything you wish you could have done different to prepare you for this process?	None. RST one on one and the weekly HR sessions were a great help.
