Any additional information you would like to add. Delta gives you everything you need to succeed. From the list of documents to bring, to the instructions you receive prior to going into the interview in the morning it’s all spelled out for you. They are adamant that they want to know YOU. Your personality, decision making process, and how you are in the workplace is what they want to know. Do not get hung up on minor things.
Is there anything you wish you could have done different to prepare you for this process? None. RST one on one and the weekly HR sessions were a great help.
