General Overview of Experience	Outstanding experience. Once you show up in the morning, it is truly a No Stress Zone…if you are stressed (which I was because this job was important to me), it’s on you. Interview Order was determined by your departure flight time…I stayed an extra day to see my folks so I was 22 of 22. Showed up at 0600…MMPI – 1000 Lunch-1100, Interview-1200, CJO 1330, Pysc, Drug Test, fingerprints after. I left at 1715.

Did you do anything special that triggered the interview invitation?	I hit submit on 4 Jan and received them a fix it email on 6 Jan (expired DL’s…due to being AD Air Force), fixed it and Assessment email on 11 Jan.

How long was it from the time of your invite to the actual interview?	8 weeks
Did you have any issues with logbooks, application or paperwork?	No. I used Prosoft to combine civilian and military binders. My TT was off by 3 hours…nobody cared. I logged 0 sim time, nobody cared.

HR Questions	Just the standard questions…. Just be prepared to receive some TMAAT from the Psychologist…after you receive your CJO…she is 1000% part of the interview team so don’t spill your guts unnecessarily to them.

Is there anything you wish you could have done different to prepare you for this process?	Nope,Nothing…folks just need to listen to RST.
